Welcome to Exim Remedy LLP
Our primary commercial focus is centred around the trading of gold (doré and bullion) and gemstones, mainly diamonds. We possess substantial on-the-ground experience and established industry contacts in both of these areas. Furthermore, we continuously evolve by adding new mandate positions and forming relationships that diversify our product portfolio into various commodity trade areas using both organic resources and strategic joint venture partnerships or affiliates. These areas include precious metals (primarily gold dore’ and bullion), agricultural commodities such as sugar, soy, maize, and rice, hydrocarbons such as LNG, crude, diesel fuels, and Jet A-1 aviation kerosene, as well as rare earth minerals and precious stones.
Our ERL model involves sourcing commodities directly from qualified independent mines and large-scale producers, after which we aim to establish long-term supply contracts with qualified buyers on a global scale. Our comprehensive platform provides value propositions such as bonded warehouse capabilities, independent quality confirmation, as well as support or assistance with financial execution. At present, our team of professionals with deep subject knowledge and proven skills manage ERL, strategically operating on a global scale with headquarters in New York, USA, and regional offices in Dubai.

Additionally, we offer turnkey solutions for the sale and purchase of physical commodities to our international buyers and sellers.

Our Perspective is grounded in the multi-disciplinary background of our founder and core team. Mr. Ak Kumar, our founder, has enjoyed significant success in real estate development, the energy sector, and private-equity endeavours. He has cultivated relationships with established professionals across many different disciplines, including a client with an interest in commodities. After extensive research, we decided to enter the sector and service a growing number of client inquiries. EXIM REMEDY LLP (ERL, LLP) was formed as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to engage in the trading of physical commodities in the international marketplace. We adhere to preeminent business practices that not only comply with but surpass all international laws and regulatory requirements, offering our partners risk-mitigated transactions with assurances and financial executions that meet exacting standards.

This is especially important because many of our clients currently demand hydrocarbons. OUR FUNCTION
EXIM REMEDY LLP is a Special Purpose Entity and the parent company of a group of companies that were specifically formed to engage in the trading of physical commodities in the international market. Our role is to act as managers and facilitators, bringing together able and willing suppliers and buyers from around the world. We also act as both end physical buyer and seller of a diverse range of products. Our aim is to provide comprehensive and reliable trading services to our clients while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
