Syed Ali is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience across various industries and sectors. His experience spans across minerals & mining, heavy chemicals, petrochemicals & polymers, cement, architectural & interiors, healthcare research, business research, currency & commodities trading, algorithmic trading strategies, precious metals & commodities price trend predERLion software technology, S&P 500 and Dow Jones Futures trading strategies, cargo logistics & risk management, and financial risk management.
Apart from his role at ERL, Syed Ali serves as an independent business advisor and director of research & innovation for a mining firm in East Africa. He also takes care of investor relations for a gold mining firm in Zimbabwe, and serves as the Director of Business Development for a fund management firm in Cayman Islands which manages assets worth USD 60 Million, generating 40% to 50% CAGR. Additionally, he advises the CEO of a Chinese Family Office for their various ventures and business initiatives. He is skilled in identifying relationships and stakeholder selection to create strategic partnerships that exploit the growth potential of all stakeholders.

Meet Mr. Ak Kumar, an accomplished professional in the private equity arena with a wealth of expertise in investment analysis, company development, and acquisition and divestment strategies. As the founder, CEO, and Managing Director of the ERL team, he brings a diverse range of entrepreneurial skills to the table. With years of experience in analyzing both domestic and international investment opportunities, Mr. Ak Kumar has a particular focus on real estate-related investments, such as land development, asset-based lending, energy consulting, and physical commodities, with a core specialization in precious metals and stones.
As a resident of the INDIA, Mr. Ak Kumar established the fully licensed Free Zone Company, ERL (EXIM REMEDY), in India with the DMCC (Dubai Multi-Commodities Centre). His visionary leadership has enabled ERL Dubai to plan the construction of a state-of-the-art precious metals refinery Argo commodity and jewelry manufacturing facility within the DMCC to further legitimize its presence in the precious metals trading sector.

Mr. Vimal K Mishra is a practicing Civil and Cyber lawyer and his work includes litigation support, litigation and non-litigation and advisory practice. He practices in the Civil Courts, District Courts, Bombay High Court and Tribunals such as the NCLT, DRT, TDSAT and Adjudicating Officer (Cyber).
